Was the crescent actually compared with a thumb, or are we calling every thumb-shaped feature a thumbprint now? Mine was nowhere near the fourth cap. I was counting from the other end.

Were the timestamps synchronized? I ask because 3 hours 52 minutes is also how long a clock can spend in a drawer, face down, under a warranty booklet. I have not touched this clock.

Who said the alder was a foundation? I have never represented a tree in an access dispute, and the envelope lodged in its third fork was already there in 2011.

Was the coin identified? I am asking about the standard of evidence, not because I placed a different coin in the second photograph. There is no second coin in my possession.
